But I think you haven’t contacted us for the issue & without going into details of the issue, you have given the negative review & as we can see you are an old member in www.remarpro.com though you don’t follow the best practices of giving reviews.
It is the best & ideal practice to read the description, FAQs & other support thread queries or contact the author & rise query in support thread before giving any review or coming to any conclusion regarding any plugin.
You have gone through the support thread queries & found that you are not the only one but you might forget to read the solutions because all have the different issues on their stores & we have resolved their queries successfully.
If you weren’t like it or have any issues then if you simply contacted us then we could help you in that but directly posted a negative review without trying to get a solution is not the best practices at all.
