Postie not getting new emails

I’ve lowered the timer down to 30 seconds, walked away for 30 minutes still nothing.
I run it manually and it posts my email no problem at all.

I’ve tailed onto our exim logs (we run the email server as well) and I can’t even see postie logging in to check if there is new email until I manually hit it.

Any assistance would be great.
