    Hi,

    1/ When I create ticket for a user (with this email) , no email where sent.
    2/ Unable to add picture in email footer

    1. Do you mean email notifications are not being sent? If yes, email notification for user creation is a premium feature. If this is not your issue, please explain your issue with more clarity.

    2. Please let us know how you are trying to add the image to email footer? If you drag and drop an image to the email, it will be added to the ticket. If you are facing further issues, please raise a support ticket here-> https://wsdesk.com/support/
