    Just some presales questions.

    1. Does this system registers the IP address of the person who opens a ticket?
    2. I want to ask a phone number and notify them with an SMS text message when a new response is added to their ticket.
    3. Can I disable sending emails? I ONLY want to notify people by SMS.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    1. Yes. In our premium version of the plugin, we have a custom field option to collect the user’s IP address. If you don’t want to collect the IP address you can also disable this field.

    2. Currently, our system sends email notifications to the customers and does not have an option to notify the customers with an SMS text message.

    3. Yes. You can disable all emails except the emails generated while an agent replies to a customer since this is how the reply reaches the customers.
