Special Mail Tags & Multiple Domains

    In the CF7 documentation, they show special mail tags available, https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/ Can these be captured in the google sheet? If so, should they be input in the column as for example [_time] as shown on the page, or should it just be _time without the brackets? EDIT: Actually I just noticed in your screenshot, you just show date and time. Is this correct because on the page above, they are shown as [_date] and [_time]. Bit confused here…

    One other question. Is it possible to use this plugin on multiple domains, and have each domain add submissions to the same spreadsheet & tab? Or do I need to create a tab for each site that I use the plugin on?

    I’ve installed and connected successfully, data is being sent to my google sheet. However, I am not getting data from [_remote_ip] and [_site_url] I also tried without the [ ] _date and _time work with or without the brackets. So I’d like to know what you think about the ip and site url tags not coming into the sheet. Thank you.

    Hi @mdc2957,

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    1) For your issue with special mail tags, you have to place the tags same way as shown in the screenshot. Instead of using tag as [_remote_ip], we have to use remote-ip, site-url, etc as google sheet doesn’t accept underscores(_).

    2) Use this plugin on multiple domains
    Yes, you can use same sheet and tab for different domains. But for each domain the integration should be with same google account where your sheet is placed.
