coupons discounting ‘cost of goods’

  • i have this plug-in active and i also have woocommerce extension ‘cost of goods’ plug-in which allows me to add the wholesale cost of each item in the product listing. However if a customer uses a discount code i have set up in extended coupons it also discounts the cost of goods amount, which obviously shouldn’t change. this is screwing up all my reports and i would appreciate some insight into how to fix this. I have had a WP dev look into it, but he was unable to find out where/when this is happening. Any help would be appreciated! TIA

    I advise you to contact the author of the Cost Of Goods plugin why this is an issue. Our plugin lets WC calculate the discounts, so we don’t do anything exotic.

    Do normal coupons (without our plugin enabled) cause the same problems?
