Administrator interface do not show ADD LANGUAGE option

    hello
    When my admin interface load in the language tab do not appear ADD LANGUAGE option, the language it is in the language table but I can not ADD.
    By deafult GLobus had 5 languages activated but I need ahother one. Any idea to ADD another Language?
