my users after login can see the administration screen (Tablero or DessBoard), but I want to send directly to the main screen of the Blog. How do I send them directly to the blog and not the management screen?, please Helpme i need redirect

I am trying to make my blog color awesome, I want to develop it,
and I want to have more comments with a different design. Can somebody help me with this?

I,m brand new using wp 2.7.1 on a godaddy server. I used FileZilla to upload all of my podcast episodes – they are currently in a podcast file on the server – how to I move them to the Word Press Media File and where is it in the directory?

I’m unable to go to the media file and just upload the podcasts because the files are to large.

Isn’t there away I can just find the Wp media directory and then move my files to it? the wp files and my podcast files are on all the same server.
