Issue With User Role / Visibility

    I manage the backend for https://jerkfit.com and we have been using pvburw for awhile but recently ran into some issues. I am not sure when they started but we are having trouble with the visibility settings. It seems that it’s only working all or nothing. If I remove all user roles then my wholesalers can see the product I want them to see, but then so can everyone else.

    If I add the wholesaler user roles to the visible block for the product, then the wholesalers can’t see it anymore. Neither do guests/normal customers. It seems that it isn’t assigning the visible/invisible to the right user roles.

    Please help us resolve this. I am using the newest version and just updated this morning.

  • Hello,

    When you make Product A visible for Wholesaler role, this product will be only visible for Wholesaler. All the other roles won’t be able to see it. If you make it invisible for Wholesaler role, it’s the opposite.

    It’s should be working just fine.

    – If you are using some sort of caching plugin, please clean it
    – Make sure to enable the “Modify Query” option
    – Please try to erase your visibility settings and do it again

    If none of the above works I can try to take a look at your dashboard if you allow me.
