https://MyIpAddress/WordPress is not working. Did I miss an Apache configuration?

Here is my situation, I am running Ubuntu-Hardy and have set up Apache, PHP, MySQL, and added the database properly. I have transferred my WordPress files to the var/www folder.

Now when I try to install WordPress by going to https://MyIpAddress/wp-admin/install.php, all i get is a blank white page. :S

What did I miss? I really need an urgent help.
