WPP only seems to be recording logged-in views, although it’s set to Everyone. I’m using wordfence, cloudflare, and WP rocket – so I’m not sure if these will have some sort of effect on logging visitors.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Hi @lsale,

The script WPP uses to register pageviews seems to be missing from your site. Since you’re using a caching plugin (WP Rocket), try this:

    1. Set WP Rocket’s Cache Lifespan to 10 hours.
    2. If you’re using some sort of JS minification option / plugin, exclude WPP’s JS script from it.
    3. Finally, purge WP Rocket’s cache.

Let me know how it works, alright?

    Hey Hector,

Thanks for the tips, excluding WPP JS minification with WProcket seems to have resolved the issue.

    Thank you!

Don’t mention it, and thanks for reporting back! ??
