Don’t work in Chrome and Opera

    Hello!

    In IE and Firefox the video starts automatically, but in Chrome and Opera no ??

    Feature:
    WordPress 4.9.6
    PHP 7.2
    Divi Theme

    Video Feature:
    Codec H.264
    no audio

    I have tried all the plugin options but it does not work.

    Chrome will only autoplay videos if they are muted. Try adding the mute="true" attribute to the shortcode. For example, if your current shortcode is [KGVID autoplay="true"]https://www.audifonoscentro.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Phonak_Audeo_B-Direct.mp4[/KGVID] change it to [KGVID autoplay="true" mute="true"]https://www.audifonoscentro.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Phonak_Audeo_B-Direct.mp4[/KGVID]
