    Hi There,

Not sure when this started but using the Ocean Product Sharing add-on, the svg icons of the sharing platforms are showing at max-width of the container. So open the product page and the icons show gigantic below the product descriptions.

Should I just add a class to the ops-icon-wrap to fix?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello, do you use a caching plugin on your site? Also, if you use Cloudflare, clear the Cloudflare cache too.

I have W3Total Cache running, connected to MaxCDN. Purging all caches doesn’t help. Theres also SGOptimizer running too. I purged that as well with no difference.

Are you using a child theme? If yes, have you added the product sharing template in your child theme? If yes, replace the “product-share” class by “oew-product-share”.

I am using child theme, have not added the template in my child theme. I can try. Inside the customizer the icons appear fine. What file should I copy to my child theme? I can try that and change the class and see if it works.

The problem is that it is the wrong class, your css file use the right class, but it is the “product-share” class instead of “oew-product-share”.
The only reason I see is that you have the template in your child theme. If you activate the parent theme, is that solve the issue?

You’re absolutely right! You just made me remember I copied to my child theme to try and add ‘LinkedIn’ as a share option…I couldn’t get it to work so I gave up on it but didn’t delete the template.

I just removed the template and all is well again.

    Thanks for your help!

Hello, if you don’t use the template in a child theme, it is a cache issue. Clear your cache and check again.
