    I am revising this review, after support fixed the issue and gave me the analytics extension in exchange for revising this review, and to not have to refund my purchase. I will not take down the original review. The reason why is because Ani decided it might be a good idea to insult my intelligence by claiming I just misunderstood what I read in plain English, about 24/7 support on the platinum plugin. FYI, Ani, English is my first language. I can read and understand it just fine. If you say you are going to do something, then I suggest you do it, or be prepared for more reviews like this. Do not tell me I do not know how to read, by saying “we don’t deserve this review, because you misunderstood.”

    I’ll give this plugin 3 stars, because it does work, after the developer had to fix an issue with the CSS, which was their problem, not mine. I am probably still going to use a different popup plugin that has more features, such as integrating with a cart abandonment plugin. This pop up plugin is more affordable than others, because it lacks a lot of functionality, that most people probably don’t need. So if you just run a blog and want to build your email list, this is probably a good plugin for you.

    I absolutely cannot recommend this plugin. I purchased the platinum subscription for this plugin, which advertises “24 hour emergency support.” This plugin is broken out of the box, the css does not work at all. I contacted support once over the weekend, received no reply. Contacted them again today and they did reply fast, but asked me to make an admin account on my website so they could login. 2 hours go by and no one logs in, no one fixes the broken plugin that I cannot use.

    I am a very busy person and I don’t have all day, or all week for waiting around for someone to fix this.

    REFUND TIME!

    Your ticket was on the highest priority for us, as a Platinum user, and we proceeded to it as soon as we were able.
    You see, 24/7 support doesn’t mean that the assistance will be provided right away, no matter what time.
    This means the assistance will be provided during 24 hours, and the maximum delay of the answer is usually 10 hours.
    And this is only because of time zone differences between our country and our users’.

    Our developer has fixed the problem on your side.
    There was a CSS issue connected to the activation of the plugin on your side.
    Everything should work smoothly now.
    Please, do not get angry, and try to be understanding.
    We never intend to cheat or mislead our users, we never do so.
    We are completely open and honest with our users, trying to provide the best service to each of them.

    Your ticket was answered very late at night, just to show you that your issue is not ignored, and we proceeded to its resolution as soon as we started work today.

    We really hope we can understand each other and this issue will be resolved peacefully, with understanding. ??
    Hope you can review your feedback for our plugin in the forum, as there was a misunderstanding, we deserve this bad review.

    Reduced back down to one star. Ani is very arrogant. He e mailed me a few hours after I revised my INITIAL review and gave them 3 stars from 1 star, telling me my revised review was “ridiculous.” I cannot recommend this plugin. The support is just awful. They are still falsely advertising 24/7 support, and they falsely advertise that they provide good support.

    I will be filing a chargeback on my card for the full refund of this plugin, since now I cannot even trust these guys to support it, since I left them an honest review they did not like.
