WordPress not exporting posts?

  • At the moment i’m trying to export my WP blog of 3k posts and 6k tags to another WP blog. When i try to export, the file only contains my categories and my tags, it doesn’t contain any of my posts whats so ever.

    Anyways ideas and solutions would be much appreciated.

  • How about doing it the SQL route via phpMyAdmin? Don’t really know why your WP XML export is not working out, but the SQL alternative should get you going in your new blog.
