    Hi there,

I have set up a form with conditional formatting in such a way that when the inquiry toggle is selected (which it is by default), or the complement toggle is selected, the entry fields for the complaint toggle are hidden.

The issue I am facing is that for some reason, the complaint toggle fields are showing up when the page is loaded, even though the inquiry toggle is selected by default. If I select the inquiry toggle manually, the complaint fields then hide as they should. How can this be resolved so the fields hide away as they should?

    Regards,
    Makho

  • Hi makho2888,
I just checked the website and the form seems to be loading correctly here. Have you solved the problem at your end? I used Chrome browser on Windows 10 to check.

    Cheers,
    Terry

    Hi Terry,

No the issue appears to be intermittent. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t but I’m still facing the issue

Sorry, looks like you will have to wait for Josh to respond then.

    Cheers from Port Macquarie,

    Hi Mahko,

I’m also unable to replicate the issue on Chrome for Mac or Firefox for Mac. Did you already resolve the issue? I’m going to mark this ticket closed, but please feel free to reply with more information. Something that may be useful is to use the Health Check plugin to see if one of your other themes or plugins is causing a conflict. I checked your JavaScript console for errors, and while none of your errors looked like something that may prevent the conditional toggle from working properly, the answer to your intermittently occurring problem may be hidden in those errors.
