Checkout button not working on cart page

Dear Woocommerce,

My checkout button is not working/showing on the cart page of the following website: https://deberekuil.yoursite.nl/

I disabled the theme and all plugins except for Woocommerce, I even tried with the default Woocommerce theme Storefront.

The strange thing about it that it is not showing the WordPress admin bar on the cart page, the WordPress admin bar is just fine on the other pages.

If you need acces to the website just let me know.

I don’t know why the checkout button is not showing at all, can you help me with this?
