New comment notifications – exclude spam comments

Hi there,

Awesome plugin. I just came across to the following issue and wondering if there may be a solution for this.

I’m using the WP deafult comment blacklist to filter out the comment spam which works really great. So when the new spam comment is submitted and the message includes one of the keywords is on the blacklist, the comment goes directly to trash.

The problem is that whenever any such spam comment is submitted (comment that is sent directly to the bin ), I still get notification.

So is there any way or any setting that would enable sending out notification ONLY if the comment is actually awaitng for approval?
