Does that even work? I specified for the plugin to create a page for the knowledgebase but there was no page created. Are there any shortcodes available?

Ok thank you. Just to let you know, the plugin didn’t create the Knowledgebase page after installation so I had to go create it my self and insert the shortcode. On the latest WP vesion here.

I ran into this same issue.

Yes, that can happen in cases where you have something blocking creation eg some security plugin, policy etc

Hmmm. nothing really here, just a local clean WordPress install…

It may be something at a server level – permissions on the wp-content or theme folder for example, an htaccess restriction for those folders or many other possible things. Generally, this is a sign of tight security (which is a good thing), rather than a malfunction.

In any case, the solution is simply to create the page, set the template and put the shortcode onto it manually.
