really can block cookies?

Sorry for this question. Maybe i did not understood how it work.
I find cookies with chrome. I see cookies name and i put those, separated with commas, in for example in analytics box…
Ok, when i visit frontend page i see those cookies listed in the correct box. This is perfecect and looks pretty. but when i deactivate those cookies with the selector provided with this plugin… it refreshes page, but cookies continue On.

Can anybody help with this. Thank you!!
