    hello
my woocommerce category pages both have the word “In” in a greyed-out color below the title and before the description – is there a way to remove this, and also to narrow the gap between the title and description.
    thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I was able to use css and make the font = white, so that solved, although not an elegant solution!

    Hi there!

That “in” text is part of meta text that is inserted by your theme. You can see it in the theme demo at https://befree.bycolormelon.com/2017/08/11/the-little-shop/ and it makes sense there as a blog post title (and then shows the category and add comment link, which makes sense in a blog but not in an eCommerce store).

Other than changing the color, you can also use css to display:none to remove it.

Otherwise, you’ll need to edit your theme template files to remove that code.

Hi Melinda – thank you very much
that is a very clear explanation of why it is there (and why I don’t need it!)
your css is much cleaner than just changing the color to white!
    i have implemented that suggestion
    thank you!
