List shortcode icon and text alignment

  • Using Shortcode Ultimate plugin “list” to create a bullet list with the circle-thin icon. Works fine in desktop display, however, in mobile dislpay, the alignment of icon is a quite a bit higher relative to the bulleted text. Is there any way to ensure both the icon and the text to have the same top alignment? In some WordPress themes, the font size is set different for desktop and mobiles. So, is there a way to force top alignment regardless of the font size, or alternately, to scale up or down the icon, depending of font size?
