This appears to be the last reasonably stable version – 0.9.91.

404 error pages work which is an essential part of any web site and we don’t get www and non-www problems (an essential for anyone that cares about google /SEO).

I downgraded and suddenly a non-www url correctly becomes a www one. I also get my 404 error pages back. So it is the plugin. Anybody using the latest version runs the risk of having two urls point to the same page and no 404 error page.

Please do more testing before releasing new versions.

  • Can you tell me where to download version 0.9.91?

Unfortunately no – I keep backups so I can easily go back. It would be good if the plugin developer kept an archive on their site of previous versions but I haven’t seen one.

Remember this is my case and it may not be the same for you or for others. If you are having similar problems around 404s and non-www urls not getting redirected then you could email the developer.

My post title is perhaps a bit strong but it gets frustrating when it took weeks to get these two issues fixed then suddenly they get unfixed.

The developers do their best but I have an opinion that less is more.

Iv’e had issues since 0.9.90 which was released on 5-22-18 which aligns with googles amp errors involving User-authored JavaScript found on page (Critical issue). For now I am currently staying at 0.9.86.2. Right after that update is where the errors started, before that it was no errors at all.

You can use “WP Rollback” plugin to go back to any version you’d like. Works like a charm.

    Hi @my247restore @frenchomatic @ben1028

I’m extremely sorry for that. We were trying to add a very innovative feature but it required huge backend changes so we thought we will be able to resolve them on time but it took a little longer than expected.

You will a stable update in next 3 – 4 hours which will solve everything.

I’m extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

We will set up a beta channel the next time so these kinds of issues do not occur again.
