AMP site is larger than RWD

A very interesting think also – when I run pagespeedtest on otrher tool I see, that 77% out of 1,2 Mb are fonts,

As far as speed of your amp version website is concerned which is very fast nearly 344ms.

can you please update the plugin to 0.9.96 version and check again.

Are you using fonts plugin.

I did the check again – my AMP plugin is up-to-date; results are similar (a bit worser)

I do not use any fonts plugin

While testing on 3G I got sometimes 7-9 seconds – given the fact that fonts weight about 1 Mb ouf of 1,2 you have to see why I am concerned about their weight

these fonts are within Your plugin folder that is why I am asking ??
