Image on Receipt

  • Hi,

    Was hoping to get some help on how to make an image stay on the receipts.
    The image path is inserted, however disappears when save the settings.

    I have a non-profit organisation that would like a logo placed on receipt.

    Any guidance would be great.

    I have the same suggestion as khd2018, it would be nice if we can add an image (logo or event) above the QR code in the eTicket. I don’t mind if I need to upgrade to Pro version.

    Please let us know if it is possible or not.

    I am having the same problem after adding the image and saving.

    I’de like to add my voice here as well. I’m a volunteer for a non-profit and I tried to add a logo and spacing on the receipts. Both the logo and spacing was removed when I saved the receipt.

    Any suggestions on how I can do this?
