• The plugin:
    Easy to use. Even though you are not a webdeveloper, you should be able to use this without any problem. If you have a normal WooCommerce shop, with not much customized and tweaked in ways, that is not usual, you will have your feed ready in 10 minutes (appr.)

    The support:
    Since we have a fully customized WooCommerce, with not many standard configurations, i needed help from their support. At the beginning we wrote in the chat, quick response, empathic and nice to deal with. Then i had a problem with the commands and tried to ask questions, but instead of a lot of messages back and forth, they asked for a login and went in there an fixed it themselves.
    Everything is now working perfectly! Even though i will probably need help again, i rest in it, because i know i am in “good hands”!

    All of them who are criticizing the plugin just probably did not ask the support and just tried themselves, without reaching out for help!
