Featured image not displayed

Featured images don’t get displayed on single posts.

Unfortunately adding them manually to the post is no option, since this will result in the image being displayed twice in the blog list view.

So if you care about posts having an image, don’t waste time setting up the homepage and everything, only to notice this 1 hour later.

Also the category listing contains the full posts instead of excerpts although I’ve configured it differently.
