Weird Cookie issue

I noticed that sharethis.com sets a cookie on my site. I have no plugins installed by them. I have Cookie Notice by dFactory and I use it to insert my GA script if the cookie notice is accepted. If GA is loaded, then the sharethis.com cookie is there, if not it is not set.

The other weird thing is if I block this cookie then WordPress complains about cookies being turned off when I try to log into my dashboard. if I unblock it all is well.

There is another cookie being set by tynt.com but blocking that one seems to cause no issues, but still not sure what is setting it.

Neither of these cookies gets set in my test environment.
