Turns black and freezes page

  • I added Staffer and the initial page works fine but if you click on an individual to learn more it has a black overlay and freezes the page. I can click back button couple of times and the pages are back to normal but not the individual bio’s.

  • Same for me. It looked like a perfect plugin, but useless.

    When an individual bio is clicked on, it generates a popup window that is grayed out and freezes the current browser window. You cannot click on anything within the browser data area or even use the Back and Forward buttons. The only way to get out of it is to close the browser tab.

    Since this plugin has not been updated in nearly a year, I have a feeling that the only solution will be going back to a previous version that worked properly. Because, I know earlier versions did not do this.

    Did anyone find a solution or has a previous version to share?

    Nope and no response from developer so moved to a different plugin.

    Don’t know if it helps, but I found I had this issue on a site I manage. When I turned off Divi Builder and just used default editor it was fine. Strange, but true
