Error when trying to email data

    When I try to click the “Email Data” button to send the personal data to a user that requested a copy I get the following error:

    “An error occurred while attempting to export personal data. Unable to generate export file. ZipArchive not available.”

    How can I fix this?

    I figured it out. I had to activate the .zip extension in my php section of my hosting account.
