Consistent issues, even with paid version

  • I’ve renewed my pro subscription at least once and I’ve have multiple issues with this plugin (including the free version) in my time using it. The latest issues (one caused by the developers’ own update and another caused by the developers’ erroneously claiming that their plugin is compatible with 4.9.6) have made me question the value of this plugin—even the free version.

    If users were refunded a year’s worth of the pro version, the cost-benefit analysis might swing back in favor of using the plugin; Otherwise, I think it’s time for me to find an alternative to Social Warfare.

    We are sorry that you have had a bad experience. We admit that we have made some mistakes and hope to learn from them and prevent them from happening again. We have a stable version now, 3.0.8, and we hope that you will give it another try. ~ Christine

    Christine, how stable is version 3.0.9? I’m afraid to update with everything that’s being on the last few weeks. Are you hearing any complaints about 3.0.9?
