Easy to setup and manage!

  • I just purchased this product and have it up and working without reading much of the documentation. When I did read the documentation, I got the info I wanted quicly.

    I purchased the added option to handle chat from the cell phone which is awesome and frees me up from sitting at a computer. We are a small company so we aren’t always at a desk.

    Specific loves:
    1. Chat Log sent to person
    2. Attractive look to everything on the screen
    3. Ability to specify pages where chat is active (not using this fully yet)
    4. Easy to setup (using Divi)
    5. Ability to use external servers for chatting reduces potential load on my server
    6. Enough customization to brand it for our use
