My hosting has been brought by another company and since i havent been able to access the ebay listings page due to a 500 error

I have set in a support request, but just in case they cant help me, is there a way of reducing the amount of products loaded on to each page, through the DB. As I might have set it to load 100 listings which might be causing the error

    Cheers

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @albertramsbottom

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the new ownership.

Where exactly are you receiving these 500 errors?

You can have WP-Lister process less listings for some processes in WP-Lister. But where exactly are you seeing the 500 errors so I can maybe provide more accurate instructions.

If it were me, I would switch to a proper host to be honest. If you are seeing performance issues and other server issues after this new ownership took over, that is typically a bad sign and I would recommend switching to a proper host such as Inmotion Hosting’s VPS plans or Kinsta.

    Kind regards,
    John

    Hello @albertramsbottom

If you are asking about a way to reduce the number of listings that are loaded on the listings/orders page of WP-Lister, we do have a setting called ‘Limit displayed items’ and can be found on the developer settings page. As explained in the tooltip, this option can/should only be used in case you can’t open the Listings or Orders page.”

    Kind regards,
    John
