    [Premium] I’ve been sending Sunday weekly post notifications for the last months, all working. Recently I started to edit the text going on the post notifications email, for a more customized experience, instead of the same text every week.

    The last Sunday the mail wasn’t sent. Monday I’ve sent an email on Monday, than have to give login credentials as Admin for my website (that in my opinion is not professional at all but no option here)..1 day later “Oh yes there’s a bug ..wait for the new update that’s about to roll on the next hours” . Updated ..still not sending the email. Today: “Oh can you send me your access logs and error logs?” . Still haven’t sent my sunday email… Not reliable and when you need support it take ages and yet, still not solved…

    We do sometimes need log in details to be able to debug and test issues, though we do appreciate that sometimes customers don’t want to give these details after.
