Include PHP

I would like to feed wordpress into a php page already designed (the page is HERE) to keep consistency i have placed the code <?php include(“index.php”); ?> inside of a <TD> tags but get nothing…when i make my own test.php page and place it in the tags it shows up…???

1. Can i do this..?
2. If so….How..?
