I just recently noticed that my website has changed from the Lycka Lite theme look to what almost looks like a mobile version without pictures and the top heading and menu are gone.

I contacted Siteground and they did a plug-in check, a restore to the last WordPress update on 5-17, and nothing has fixed it. I’ve cleared my browser cache’s and even tried opening it in three different browsers, including my phone and they all look identical…the abbreviated, pictureless version.

Can anyone help me figure out why this has suddenly happened to my site?

Thank you in advance for any help.

In Jetpack’s settings, disable “Mobile Theme”.

Thanks for your prompt reply, Steve!

Unfortunately, I turned it off, but it didn’t change anything. Any other places a mobile version would be turned on? And that’s only my assumption about it being a mobile version, it may not be.

I’m not sure what happened, possibly just turning it off and on and back off, but my site has now started showing correctly.

Thank you for your help, Steve!
