Excellent Support, Fantastic Product

I think this plugin is fantastic mostly because of the excellent support you offer. I have never had such good support from any plugin author. Especially an author who goes out of his way to work on a problem until it is fixed. The plugin its-self is excellent, I have used it on 2 sites and have always gotten excellent support from this support team.
