Required Plugins for a WPTheme Preview&download Site

Hello friends, l am interested in making a free wordpress template site (l know there are enough on web, but l want to lunch my selections) like https://www.freewordpresstheme.info https://wordpressthemesforfree.com https://wordpressthemesbase.com/ https://wp4themes.com/ https://iwordpressthemes.com
l know they are all made with wordpress, but l dont know which plugins they use or l cant check.
