Can not update wordpress or plugins

    That is odd.

    I’m guessing you’re using the site to update things, correct? Have you tried to manually update? This is usually done via S/FTP – if you don’t that information you can try reaching out to your hosting company and they can provide that for you.

    yeah still failed I’m waiting on my hosting company to call I’m lost I have never had this problem before

    Can’t even install new plugins

    I just tried to install a new wordpress page on a test domain using my hosting service installer and that is even giving me and error

    That is super odd.

    Are you able to see the error logs?
