    Sure. Use a different plugin.

The plugins offered on this site are offered for free. There is no support except for that which is also given freely and voluntarily. There is no obligation for anybody to answer your questions, or indeed to even read them.

So, if you are unhappy with the free support on a free forum for a free plugin, then my advice would be to switch to something else and give that a shot instead. Might be more to your liking.

    Hi Samuel,

    Many thanks for the reply.

I’m not unhappy with a ‘Free’ plugin, the support for a ‘Free’ Plugin, or not getting an answer from the Developers of a ‘Free’ Plugin not reading my question.

I was merely asking the guys from ‘WordPress’ if there was anything that they could do? I have no idea what anybody’s control over anything is, only myself!
I am a guy that has developed my site for a ‘Passion’ of mine, to give back to Men’s Work.

I do not appreciate the tone of your reply, I will try to source another ‘Free’ Plugin, as at this stage of my business, I cannot afford a ‘Premium’ Plugin.

Again, many thanks for the reply,

    Regards Paul
