• Although they have dedicated support, issues are not being resolved. We’ve installed various rtMedia add-ons as part of the premium rtMedia experience, but issues reported over 5 months ago are yet to be fixed. They’ve released a single update over the course of around 7-8 months and claimed that some issues have been fixed with it when it hasn’t.

    Opening up multiple tickets on their support page too can be frustrating, as they have Javascript errors that prevent you from looking at any tickets beyond the latest 10.

    They seem to promise but not deliver.
