When saving it downloads options.php

    When saving the form, its downloading options.php (and it fails) it does not save the form anymore.

    Plugin: Version: 4.16
    Wordpress: Version: 4.9.5

    Also i see in console (chrome):
    Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type application/x-httpd-php: “<URL>”.

    Somehow its working again, i did nothing else.
    Weird.
