    Our customers get a “successful payment” mail after they pay with credit card (also stripe) but after the SEPA payment arrives via the webhook, only the status is correctly set but no payment mail (in our case with tickets) is sent. How could I menage this mails automatically?

    Sorry do you mean the customer is not getting the successful payment email? Not the admin correct?

    yes, exactly. This is really frustrating. How can I solve this problem?

    So I just tested this and I did not see any issues. As a customer, they get two emails.

    First one looks like this https://cld.wthms.co/TgUj7K for the on-hold status. Then after the payment goes through they get another email that looks like this https://cld.wthms.co/PGdaca

    Are you still having a problem here?

    no payment mail (in our case with tickets) is sent

    To confirm if the email is leaving your site and confirm if the problem lies elsewhere, you could install a Mail Logging plugin which will show if the email is being generated by your site. If it is but it’s not received, the delivery issue is not due to the Stripe extension.
