checkbox does not show up under post

Hi, we’ve installed this plugin correctly and linked to our privacy statement. But it does not show up under our blogposts in the comment section. Why is that? We have the right wordpress version. Could it be our theme “Let’s Blog”?

And also how can we use this plugin on our contact page?
