Uploads Failed
Plugins Failed

Update #2:

I downloaded Uploads and Plugins from the website, I tried to unzip it, but it was currrepted
I downloaded Uploads and Plugins from Google-drive and unzip it, it was successful

What should I do ? I can no longer easily restore from the website, solutions ?

Hi,

The ‘PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-10)’ error indicates that the backup zip file is corrupt.

Please download a fresh copy of the corrupt backup file and make sure these are completely downloaded and uploaded. Then, run restoration process again. Further information can be found in this guide (https://updraftplus.com/faqs/error-message-pclzip_err_bad_format-10-mean/).

Hi,

as you can see in my 2nd comment I did download it directly from Google Drive and it was NOT corrupted.

Update #3:

I downloaded from Google Drive then Uploaded manually/directly to the website and did restore and it worked.

But I still cannot restore directly from UpdraftPlus !!!

Update #4:

I wiped the settings from Advanced Settings, I reconnected to Google Drive. It is still not working as intended !

I’m going to try Dropbox

I would like to inform you that the problem was Google Drive, changing to Dropbox fixed the problem.

I don’t know why suddenly an issue appeared connecting to Google Drive, it was good for a whole month.

Are you able to send us a copy of the backup log when using Google Drive? For us to know the exact cause of the issue?

I have another ticket for Dropbox, with slightly different issue.

I cannot use both Dropbox and Google Drive, they both worked okay at the start, I have more than 40 backups all for testing this issue

Tried different account same issue.

Can’t use both at the same time? Or can’t use either of them?
