I paid $200 for custom work

  • I paid $200 for Hto be integrated into this and it still doesn’t work. The video size “Full screen” cuts out half of the picture and now you can’t upload any videos.
    I have contacted him numerous times through his support tab on his website and I still don’t get a answer. Just automated emails. I would like some clarity on the subject and the plugin to work like we talked. It’s really unprofessional the way this is going. Paying money for work that doesn’t last, no answer and I’m out money now.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
