sms integration does not working with this

Hi there,
we are using contact forn 7 plugin to display our form and also using “Contact Form 7 SMS Integration” plugin to send sms after form submission. but it keep showing error “something went wrong please try later” and in sms history it show response error that “Sender ID Does not Exist or Pending or Route Invalid!” but we double check that our sender id exist and working. but still it show error and not sending sms..
so please have a look and tell us what’s going wrong with this..!!
