inserting html code/blockquotes into 2.7?

I’m a bit new WP…

When I want to add a nice looking box with a quote inside like the one this guy is using on his WP site (the yellow box in the middle with the quote):

I went to ‘source’, cut his code (just as an example, I’m not planning on stealing anyone’s code or verbage) and tried to insert it into my page, but I can’t get it to look like his yellow box with a dashed border. On my site, it looks like a regular quote you get when you insert a quote into the page in 2.7. Here is the code I borrowed for this example:

<p>You’ve clicked through 4 pages of presell
and you’re still reading.
That is the “something” I’m talking about.</p>

How can I get a box like hiss into my WP website? Not sure if this makes a difference, but I’m putting it on a static page… Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!!
