Comments on the different site then a blog. Is it possible?

Hi.

I have a question. I wondering is it possible to build comments site with comment form, which is not linked to single.php.
I don’t want to see comments under my posts in blog and when I want display only one post using single.php.
I want to have link from bottom of each post to its comments site.
