    The plugin keeps losing the authorization with my GA account. When I put the auth code in it finds it, I save the auth code but when I go to the WP dashboard the GADWP widget says 403 error. When I go back to GADWP settings it has lost the authorization and there is an error in the debug section. Debug Error:

    GAPI Error:
    Array
    (
    [0] => 403
    [1] => Array
    (
    [0] => Array
    (
    [domain] => global
    [reason] => insufficientPermissions
    [message] => User does not have sufficient permissions for this profile.
    )

    )

    )

    Any idea how I can resolve this? Why is it saying I do not have sufficient permissions?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi There,

    Please check if you are authorizing the plugin with the right Google account and that at least one Property is available on the respective account.

    If that doesn’t work then you might want to try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin? This way all plugin’s settings will reset.

    It might be an error loop generated by an old property you don’t have access to anymore.

    Thank you!

    Hi @jaygidwitz,

    Thanks for responding! Oddly that GA account just wouldn’t authorize until I added myself (business email) as a user on my client’s GA account. I’ve never come across this before, and I’ve setup and linked many client’s GA accounts before.

    Anyway, it’s all good now. Thanks!
